Performance analysis for prioritized multi-classes in optical burst switching networks

Abstract

In this paper, we analyze blocking probabilities for prioritized multi-classes in optical burst switching (OBS) networks. The blocking probability of each traffic class can be analytically evaluated by means of class aggregation and iteration method. The analytic results show the good agreement with simulation results.
