Abstract

A 44-year-old woman with a history of cervical carcinoma underwent In-111 labeled leukocyte imaging for evaluation of a fever of unknown origin. Although no discrete focus of infection was identified, regions of both increased and decreased skeletal marrow activity, corresponding to current and previous sites of radiotherapy, were observed.
