Abstract

In this paper, we describe an automatic tuning scheme for Gm-C filters. It employs an integrator as master rather than commonly used VCO(Voltage Controlled Oscillator) or VCF(Voltage Controlled Filter). This proposed tuning scheme is implemented into a +/-1.5V 10mW 4MHz 5-th order elliptic low-pass filter.
